Property management is a service provided to owners who in general, reside elsewhere and require specialised support to protect, inspect, maintain, and maximise the profitability of their entrusted properties.

In addition to ensuring a team is available to address day-to-day issues, we conduct property visits (according to the chosen service package), coordinate various maintenance-related services, handle invoice payments, meter readings, welcome guests, and undertake other tasks.

We have a dedicated team ready to assist with just a phone call or email, keeping you updated at all times.

Whenever you notify the team of your arrival and request the cleaning service, the property will be meticulously prepared, according to your instructions.

For property owners who hire our Property Management service we'll establish a dedicated current account to receive funds intended for this purpose. Access to this account will be granted via a personal and non-transferable link.
