Dolphin watching, canoe trips & river trips are all available locally from Alvor harbour or relax and watch the local fishermen or visiting yachts in the inner lagoon at the harbour-side cafes. There is some evening entertainment in the main street of Alvor. The lively resort of Praia de Rocha and the town of Portimao are both approx. 5km away.
